MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 9, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Theodora Peltier at 8:10 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Greger, Jacobson, Hanson, Knuteson <br />ABSENT: Lorch and Fashingbauer <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Hanson, to approve the minutes of May 26, 1982, <br />after making the following correction: <br />Paragraph 2, sectence 2: Kuusisto phoned in <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />NORMAN HORTON - AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSES (2) <br />Bill Sweeden appeared before the Commission acting on behalf of Hugo Auto Parts. <br />The Commission reviewed the Fire Department inspection report for the property under <br />review, and progress has been made on the installation of fire lanes. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Knuteson, to recommend approval of the two (2)` <br />Auto Dismantling Licenses for Norman Horton (Hugo Auto Parts) with no change in the <br />conditions. The address of the north half of the dismantling yard should be changed. <br />to 16813 Forest Boulevard. The southern half should remain as 16705 Forest Blvd. <br />All aye.
