MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 23, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 8:10 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Hanson, Fashingbauer, Lorch <br />ABSENT: Greger, Knuteson, Jacobson <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer, to approve the minutes of June 9, <br />1982, after the following change has been made: <br />Last paragraph - north half of the dismantling yard should be changed <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LLOYD SATHRE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, would like to construct a 48 x 48 pole barn <br />in the RRII zone. th, A maximum of 1800 square feet is allowed without a Special Use <br />Permit. The poleMould be used for storage of farm equipment. The proposed <br />building would meet the setback requirements. <br />Motion made by Lorch, Fashingbauer seconded, to recommend approval of the Special <br />Use Permit for Lloyd Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, to construct a 48 x 48 pole <br />building to be used for his personal storage only. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />BYRON ANDERSON - REZONING <br />Mrs. Anderson was present, and stated that they were proposing the rezoning of their <br />entire farm, 160 acres, from Conservancy to Agriculture. She submitted an aerial <br />photo of the property and a tentative proposal on how they would like to divide the <br />land. After discussion, it was determined that the Anderson's would request of only <br />80 acres. <br />Motion made by Peltier, Fashingbauer seconded, to schedule a public hearing for <br />July 14, 1982, at 7:30 PM, to consider the request of Byron Anderson to rezone 80A <br />from Conservancy to Agriculture. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />TIM MONTGOMERY - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the application of Mr. Montgomery to construct a <br />32 x 40 pole building on 21 acres located in the Conservancy zone. They decided <br />to make an onsite inspection of the property prior to taking any action. Matter <br />to be placed on the agenda for July 14, 1982. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Hanson, to adjourn at 9:09 PM. <br />All aye.
