MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />July 28, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Theodora Peltier at 8:05 PM. <br />PRESENT: Fashingbauer, Lorch, Knuteson, Greger, Peltier <br />ABSENT: Hanson, Jacobson <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashingbauer, to approve the minutes of <br />July 14, 1982, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Gary Dooner, representing DU ALL Services, Inc., appeared before the Commission. <br />The f irm Mr. Dooner represents has been employed by an insurance company to <br />rebuild the Bottle Company, which was destroyed by fire last December, and lo- <br />cated in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Dooner presented a Site Plan for the property, indicating the structure would <br />be built on the existing foundation. He advised that he is currently scheduled <br />to appear before the Rice Creek Watershed for their review. <br />The Chair reviewed the file pertaining to Minor Subdivision for Lester Schmidt, <br />and determined that the Planning Ccnmssion had previously recommended approval <br />of a subdivision request. We could not, however, locate final approval by the <br />City Council. The Council minutes of January 18 and February 16, 1982, indicate <br />some conditions were still not complied with. Additional correspondence from <br />April and June, 1982, indicates these conditions may have been met. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the Site <br />Plan for Mr. Robert Palsa, submitted by his representative, Gary Dooner, <br />allowing for the reconstruction of a building in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Knuteson, to adjourn at 9:38 PM. <br />All aye.
