MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 27, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at <br />8:00 P.M. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Greger, Lorch, Fashingbauer <br />ABSENT: Knuteson, Jacobson, Hanson <br />Roger Hanson failed to appear. There was no discussion on the <br />matter. He will be scheduled for the November 10 meeting. <br />PHILLIP OGBURN - Public Hearing <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer to schedule a <br />public hearing on December 8th, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. All <br />neighbors within 300 feet will be notified by mail, including <br />Kevin Peltier. <br />All aye. Motion darried. <br />JOHN DISTLER - Site Plan Approval <br />Mr. and Mrs. Distler were present and submitted plans to con- <br />struct a 40 X 60 pole barn. They supplied a diagram with <br />dimensions and distances to surrounding properties. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Greger to recommend approval <br />of Distler's site plan. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />MARY CELSKE - Site Plan Approval <br />Ms. Celske presented plansto construct a 26 X 48 Pole barn. <br />She stated she will be building a home but would like to begin <br />the pole barn. She also supplied a letter supporting her <br />claim that the 19 acres had been reeoned from Conservancy to <br />Agriculture on October 5, 1982. The Council is referred to <br />the Joseph Dotte file, 1981-74-RZ. <br />Motion made Lorch, seconded Greger to recommend approval of <br />the 26 X 48 Pole barn. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Lorch suggested that the Clerks office request site pian <br />applicants to furnish a plan with setbacks and dimensions <br />relative to construction of the new building. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch to approve the <br />minutes of October 6 Special Meeting after the following <br />
