I <br />MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING CO101ISSION <br />DECEMBER 8, 1982 <br />The public hearing for Phil Ogburn was opened at 7:32 PM by Chair- <br />person Peltier. <br />Present: Peltier, Greger, Hanson, Lorch <br />Absent: Fashingbauer, Jacobson, Knuteson <br />The public notice was read by Greger as pxblished in the Forest Lake <br />Times. There was no general public in attendance. Mr. Ogburn <br />stated the building would be used for storing hay, vehicles and a <br />portion of the building would be heated and used for animals. <br />The meeting was closed at 7:44 PM - <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at <br />8:03 PM. <br />Motion made by Lorch seconded by Hanson to approve the minutes of <br />November 10 with the fo]bwing correction, <br />"until such time she presents" the commission.... <br />Phil Ogburn - Special Use Permit <br />Mr. Ogburn was present to answer any questions regarding the con- <br />struction of a 32 X 50 accessory building. <br />recommend � <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Peltier to/approval'(he 32 X 50 <br />building. <br />All aye. Notion carried. <br />Michael Gibbs - Variance <br />Mr. Gibbs had provided a letter from the neighbor stating he had <br />no objection to Gibbs' garage being two feet from the property <br />line. <br />to <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Peltier/recommend approval <br />of the variance with the following conditions; <br />a specific distance noted on the application and to read "to <br />within two feet" of the property line. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Don Baumgarner - Schmidty's Property <br />James Flannery was present with Scott Hubbard, Mr. Schmidt and <br />Wilbur Harris, owner of Midwest Van and Storage.
