MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 9, 1983 8:00 PM <br />The meeting was called to order by acting Chairperson Greger <br />at 8:04. <br />Present: Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Fashingbauer and new member <br />Arthur Potts. <br />Absent: Jacobsen, Knuteson <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Greger to approve the minutes <br />of January 12 as submitted. <br />All Aye. Motion carried. <br />Mike Perreault was present with plans for a 22' X 30' addition <br />which would extend closer to the road than code allows. The <br />new construction would not interfere with neighbors and would <br />be of the same material as the present structure. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Fashingbauer to grant a <br />variance for construction of the 22 X 30 addition. Not <br />to exceed 15 feet or 58 feet from center of the road. <br />Aye: Hanson, Lorch, Fashingbauer, Potts <br />Abstained: Greger <br />Mr. Greger unfortuneately submitted his letter of resignation <br />effective immediately.
