MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 23, 1983 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ken Lorch at 8:02 PM. <br />PRESENT: Lorch, Fashingbauer, Hanson, Potts <br />ABSENT: Jacobson <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Potts, to approve the minutes of <br />March 9, 1983, after the following corrections have been made: <br />Add to minutes - Motion made and seconded to appoint Bill Hanson as <br />Vice -Chairman. All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Andrew Istvanovich - Andrew Istvanovich was present to get an opinion <br />on reooning 10 acres (not 5) along 165th Street. <br />Dave and Esther Weigel - add to the motion: "recommend approval of the <br />Site Plan, based on Chapter 320-5, Subd A, paragraph 41 etc." <br />Weigel - insert the following into the general discussion: "The question <br />was raised whether a Site Plan charge is necessary since the Site Plan <br />does not vary from the previous plan --- <br />Add to minutes - Lorch read portions of a letter from Washington Soil <br />and Water Conservation District explaining their role in helping with <br />surface water plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />DANIEL FORD - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Ford, 12424 Goodview Avenue, is proposing the construction of a <br />30 x 48 pole barn for his personal use. The land is zoned Conservancy. <br />A site pIdn was submitted, and tle building will comply with the set- <br />back requirements. <br />Mlotion made by Hanson, Fashingbauer seconded, to recommend approval of <br />the Site Plan for Daniel Ford, 12424 Goodview, for the construction of <br />a 30 x 48 pole barn for his personal use only and to be constructed <br />according to the site plan submitted (reference 320-5, Subd I. para 4B). <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />!,,!ARK WOODING - DISCUSSION ON POSSIBLE REZONING <br />Mr. Wooding, son-in-law of Ella Caruth, discussed the rezoning of 40A <br />from Industrial to Conservancy to accommodate a single family residence. <br />A 3A parcel had been recorded in error, and that acreage would be in- <br />corporated into the two 20A parcels, when divided. Their residence <br />would use the existing well and septic system located on the 3 acres. <br />The 40 acres is bordered by Industrial to the east and Cons to the west. <br />
