After the <br />meeting he will contact us with more specific details on power, <br />water, sewer and access. <br />Roger Dupaul - Site Plan Approval <br />Mr. DuPaul would like to construct a 40 X 40 pole building on <br />the property he leases from Norm Horton now call4 Modern Auto <br />Parts. HE was informed he needed written consent from Mr. <br />Horton which he will provide for the City Council meeting. <br />Motion made by Potts, seconded by Atkinson to recommend ap- <br />proval of a 40 X 40 pole building in conformance with Ord. <br />320-4 Subd. C to be constructed specifically where site plan <br />indicates,not less that 100 ft. South of the Yorth property <br />line. <br />Derrell Jacobsen - termination <br />Lorch made motion, seconded by Potts to recommend the termina- <br />tion of Yr. Jacobsens seat on the Planning Commimion. <br />All aye.
