MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COnIISSION <br />June 22, 1983 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lorch at 8:00. <br />PRESENT: Lorch, Atkinson, Potts, Hanson, and Councilman Schwab. <br />ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Schoeller. <br />Motion made by Lorch to accept the minutes of June 8th, with <br />the correction that the sentence "Mr. Stewart left the meeting <br />without further comment or advice." be placed ahead of the motion <br />for denial of the Minor Subdivision. Seconded by Potts. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Discussion on the Barbour Property. No application has been <br />filed and Mr. Barbour was not present. <br />Discussion between Planning Commission and Robert McCullough Site Plan <br />regarding building application at 15857 Forest Blvd. <br />(Yx. Schoeller arrived at 8:12 PTT). The building will be behind <br />existing facility which is 95' back from front yard property line, <br />the 13' from the southerly interior lot line and 35' from the <br />northerly property line which is adjacent to an existing 60' easement. <br />Mr. Atkinson made motion that we pass the application on to the <br />City Council with the Planning Commission approval contingent, <br />however, on Rice Creek water shed approval. Seconded by Mr. Potts. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Air. Barbour arrived and discussion regarding the possible sale of <br />ro erty for construction of a residence on the east of Isleton or <br />(p8A�, which is part of existing property west of (8A) or the Duck <br />Pass Vennel operation. <br />.a public hearing was set for 7:30PT,) July 13, 1983. <br />T`r. Lorch made motion, seconded by Potts to add Barry Stack, 9090 <br />Ferry Falls Rd. N., Stillwater, to the agenda for discussion pur- <br />poses only. Nr. Stack would like to rezone Conservaicy to Agri- <br />cultural located in the Ian; corner of 152nd and Jeffrey which con- <br />sists of 100 acres. Property across Jeffrey from the Stack prop- <br />erty has been rezoned during the past year from Conservancy to <br />Agricultural. Property lie s within the Rice Creek Water Shed Dist. <br />A public hearing was set for July 13, 1983 at 7:00 PM, pending <br />receipt of application. <br />An on-site meeting to review the proposed rezoning 10:00 AT -4 at the <br />property site (152nd and Jeffrey). <br />Schoeller made motion to adjourn at 9:45 PM, seconded by Mr. Lorch. <br />Bill Hanson, Acting Secretary <br />
