Planning Commission Minutes <br />Sept. 14, 1983 page 3 <br />Atkinson raised the question of fire protection and the possibility <br />of enlarging the water supply and adding hydrants to the rear of <br />the park. <br />T'otion made by Hansen, seconded by potts to recommend approval of <br />the rezoning of the land North of the existing trailer park from <br />CB to SFJ for expansion of the park. All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by Potts, seconded by porch to table the discussion <br />of the ASUP until the meeting of Sept. 28th to allow the Planning <br />Commission an opportunity to view the property. The clerk is to <br />contact the fire chief to make a report at the next meeting. <br />R. Ricci — rezoninE — The main concerns were drainage and traffic <br />on Tower 147th. It was suggested that i'r. Ricci and concerned <br />residents meet to come to an agreement on a suitable site plan. <br />lotion made by Potts, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval <br />of the Ricci rezoning from CB to SFU with the condition that Mr. <br />Ricci combine the two parcels into one parcel and that further dis— <br />cussion by tabled until September 28th, 1983 <br />Aye: Potts, Schoeller, Fashingbauer, Lorch <br />Nay: Hansen, Atkinson. T,'otion carried. <br />11. Lindau — Mr. Lindau is dividing a lot 90' X 398' from his <br />property on Egg Lake Rd. <br />lotion made by Hansen, seconded by Potts to recommend approval <br />of the T.inor Subdivision for r%. Lindau. All aye, Motion carried. <br />The commission was concerned that there may be a drainage prob— <br />lem for the neighbor on the west and examination by the City <br />Engineer may be desireable prior to the City Council meeting. <br />D. Opse — SPA — Hansen made motion, seconded by Atkinson to <br />recommend approval of the Site Plan for D. Opse to construct a <br />26 X 40 ft. building per site plan dated ;/14/83 for personal <br />storage. 911 aye, motion carried. <br />H. Shi arski — Variance — Lorch made motion, seconded by Fashingbauer <br />to recommend approva of the variance for a two car garage with a <br />6' side lot setback contingent on written ap roval from the owner <br />of the 26' strip of land on the south (T"assT 11 aye, motion <br />carried. <br />J. Koore — discussion — Christianson property <br />Jerry Moore, ColdwelT Banker representing T..,"ary Christianson will <br />be marketing the property for development. The concept was <br />approved but the lots needed changing to correspond with min— <br />imum lot size for that zone, SFU. <br />E. Caruth — discussion —rezoning — Mrs. CAruth woulAike to have <br />her sonsQn_�er proper y or security and assistance. Under the <br />current zoning this would be impossible. They will do some <br />checking on location of T?rs. Caruth's buildings and contact the <br />Planning Commission on their intentions. <br />J. IosteleckV — SPA — Potts made motion, seconded by Lorch to <br />recommend approval of the :ostelecky site plan to construct a <br />26 X 40 building with siding to match the house (in connection <br />with the -restrictive covenants in that area). <br />911 aye, motion carried. <br />
