MINUTES OF THE, PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMIISSION <br />January 25, 1984 <br />The regular meeting wa.s called to order by Chairman Lorch at 8:05 PAI. <br />PRESENT: Lorch, Fashingbauer, Atkinson, Potts, Schoeller, Rudisill <br />ABSENT: Olson, no council person was present. <br />Motion made by Fashingbauer seconded by Rudisill to approve the <br />minutes of January 11, 1984 as submitted. All aye, motion carried. <br />It was requested that the secretary include the name of any Council <br />members who attend the meetings. <br />Peter hTastin — Mr. hlastin owns ten acres ( 5075 170th St) in an <br />agriculture zone where he would like to.construct a 34 X 36 pole <br />barn to house his horses. All requirements are met and there <br />appears to be other problem. <br />Fashingbauer made motion, seconded by Schoeller to recommend <br />approval of the Site Plan request by Peter T"astin to construct <br />a 34 X 36 pole barn. All aye, motion carried. <br />A brief discussion regarding the ??Thite Bear Rod and Gun Club <br />tool: place. It was decided that the Plannig Commission would <br />discuss more fully the status of the gun clubs Special Use <br />Permit on February 8th in order to give all parties a chance to <br />attend the meetings, in reference to their request. The sec— <br />retary will notify the officers of the this meeting date and <br />they will be invited to attend. Further discussion may take <br />place on Fe')ruary 22nd,if deemed appropriate a public hearing <br />may be held on March 14, 1984. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Fashingbauer to adjourn <br />at 9:15 PIT.
