MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 8, 1984 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Lorch at <br />8:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Schoeller, Atkinson, Lorch, Potts, Olson, '_Rudisill, <br />ABSENT: Fashingbauer, no council member was present <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to approve the <br />minutes of January 25,1984. All aye, motion carried. <br />`'JHITE BEAR RCD & GUN CLUB - Members present included Maurice Neault, <br />President, John Cardarelli, past president, Jerry Perron. <br />Bob Oswald and June Smith from the H.r.L.P. Organization also attended. <br />After a. discussion on the current activity at the club,the possib- <br />ility of a public hearing was _raised. Most members felt the <br />public hearing would be beneficial. Mr. Potts suggested waiting <br />until after the noise testing in the new facility. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Schoeller to schedule a public <br />hearing on March 14, 1984 at 7:00 PT4. The regular meeting time <br />may be delayed until all residents are heard. <br />_AYE: Atkinson, Schoeller, Rudisill, Olson, Lorch <br />NAY: Potts <br />Motion carried. <br />The Planning Commission will meet at the gun club on Varch 3rd, <br />1984 at 4:00 PT,T to inspect the premises. <br />TUBBS aE1LTY - Paul Tubbs and Darlene Dema.rs were in attendance <br />to obtain information on requirements for property in Section 1. <br />There is 49 acres with road frontage of 1211. This zone requires <br />300' road. frontage. It i,:.,as determined by the Commission that <br />since it was a parcel of record no variance was needed. <br />1,7r.
