I <br />bottles or other nuisances which may injure any person or ani- <br />mal or may cause damage to any pneumatic tire when passing <br />over the same. <br />(2) The ownership, possession or control of any unused refrigera- <br />tor or other container, with doors which fasten automatically <br />when closed, of sufficient size to retain any person, and <br />which is exposed and accessible to the public, without re- <br />moving the doors, lids, hinges or latches, or providing locks <br />to prevent access by the public. <br />724. Noise Control. <br />724.01. Noise Prohibited. It shall be unlawful to make, continue <br />• or cause to be made or continued any noise in excess of the noise levels <br />set forth unless such noise be reasonably necessary to the preservation <br />of life, health, safety or property. <br />724.02. Measurement of Noise. Any activity not expressly exempted <br />by this section which creates or produces sound regardless of frequency <br />exceeding the ambient noise levels at the property line of any property <br />(of if a con o um or apartment house within any adjoining apartment <br />by more than six (6) decibels above the ambient noise levels as desig- <br />nated in the following table at the time and place and for the duration <br />then mentioned, shall be deemed to be a violation of the ordinancq, but <br />any enumeration herein shall not be deemed to be exclusive. <br />6:00 P.M. -10:00 P.M. <br />(residential districts) <br />Duration and <br />of 7:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. 6:00 P.M. -7:00 A.M. 10:00 P.M. -7:00 A.M. <br />Sound (all districts).
