Discrepancy in square footage in Zoning Ordinance <br />Page 52 of zoning ordinance — 121,000 square feet) <br />Zoniiig-Ordinance 320-5, subdivision 0 — 109400 square feet) <br />The proposed multiple family zoning ordinance to correspond with the 10,400 sq. ft. <br />2. Swimming pools shall not be placed within 15 feet of residences not part <br />of the complex. <br />3. Eliminate the Police Department from Item D, page 4. <br />4. Item N, page 5 — Two and one half (2J) parking spaces per unit shall be <br />provided on the same site as the dwelling unit. <br />5. Item N (iii) — Bituminous or concrete driveways and parking areas with <br />concrete or bituminous curbing shall be required. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />COMM/REC ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS <br />Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Peltier, that commercial/recreation activities in <br />the Agriculture and Conservancy districts stand as printed in the current Zoning <br />Ordinance. All requests will be handled by Special Use Permit. Refer to City <br />Council minutes of February 7, 1977, Item 3. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion carried <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn at 11:32 PM. <br />All aye.
