Hugo Planning Commission <br />September 149 1977 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Frampton - cont. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Gillen, that the Planning Commission <br />recommend that the request of Thomas Frampton for a Special Use Permit <br />to build four greenhouse type structures, be approved subject to the <br />following: <br />1. The 1st greenhouse structure be built of an aluminum frame <br />material, concrete footings, and that the building be covered <br />entirely with rigid type material. <br />2. The 2nd greenhouse may be of a poly type material. <br />3. At no time subsequent to the construction of the lst green- <br />house, will there be more than one greenhouse constructed <br />of poly type material. <br />4. This does not prohibit using poly type material over rigid <br />material for an insulation value. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion carried. <br />Gillen made motion, seconded by McAllister, that we allow construction <br />of a lath house, 50' x 501. bath house to be of a wood construction <br />and the lumber should be of a quality grade and not be saw log lumber <br />that has not been dried. <br />VOTING FOR: Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Peloquin, Peltier, and Greger <br />Motion carried. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Greger, that Mr. Frampton be allowed <br />to build a machine shed 80' x 161. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peliter, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Planning Commission <br />recommend approval of the Special Use Permit as requested by Thomas <br />Frampton, according to his request, and subject to the following: <br />1. 6" well will be subject to a DNR permit. <br />2. No commercial traffic on Ingersoll Avenue. <br />3. Restrict business to the sale of growing products. <br />4. Proof of ownership. <br />
