Permit goes with the
property.
Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Greger, that the fee of $25.00 be
refunded to Mrs. Eugenia Culp because the Special Use Permit goes
with the property.
All aye. Motion carried.
Lavin Duraine - Special Use Permit
The Spe'ial Use Permit for Mrs. Duraine had expired on June 1, 19779
but had been renewed because of over sight. Bond of $5,000 has been
filed with permit.
Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, that the Planning Commission
recommend to extend the Special Use Permit for Lavina Duraine until
June 1, 1978. The bituminous hot mix plant should be allowed for the
duration of Project 77-04-018. Condition #1 should also state that
permit allow for additional excavation. The rest of conditions stand
as is.
VOTING FOR: eloquin, Peltier, Greger, , McAllister, and Ehret
Motion carried.
Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Pel ter, to include Robert
Brunfelt and John Olinger on the agenda.
All aye. Motion carried.
Robert Brunfelt
Mr. Brunfelt was present asking for information regarding some property
he is interested in purchasing. He wants to purchase a total of 85
acres. He would like to have the house and 10 acres on one deed, and
the balance of land on contract for deed. 80 acres of land lies in
the Conservancy district and 5 acres in Agriculture. Gillen felt that
the Commission should not consider the request because of the zoning.
Greger suggested that he should take pert tests and prove there is more
than one buildable site and ask for rezoning. Ehret summarized stating
that the only way he could do it would be with a 20 acre parcel on a
separate deed. The majority of the property in question is in the
Conservancy district.
