Hugo Planning Commission <br />September 14, 1977 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />Shepherd of the Fields - cont. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Eugenia Culp - Amended Special Use Permit <br />Ehret determined that there was no need for an application, and Mrs. <br />Culp's money should be reimbursed to her. Permit goes with the <br />property. <br />Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Greger, that the fee of $25.00 be <br />refunded to Mrs. Eugenia Culp because the Special Use Permit goes <br />with the property. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Lavin Duraine - Special Use Permit <br />The Spe'ial Use Permit for Mrs. Duraine had expired on June 1, 19779 <br />but had been renewed because of over sight. Bond of $5,000 has been <br />filed with permit. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, that the Planning Commission <br />recommend to extend the Special Use Permit for Lavina Duraine until <br />June 1, 1978. The bituminous hot mix plant should be allowed for the <br />duration of Project 77-04-018. Condition #1 should also state that <br />permit allow for additional excavation. The rest of conditions stand <br />as is. <br />VOTING FOR: �eloquin, Peltier, Greger, , McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Pel ter, to include Robert <br />Brunfelt and John Olinger on the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Robert Brunfelt <br />Mr. Brunfelt was present asking for information regarding some property <br />he is interested in purchasing. He wants to purchase a total of 85 <br />acres. He would like to have the house and 10 acres on one deed, and <br />the balance of land on contract for deed. 80 acres of land lies in <br />the Conservancy district and 5 acres in Agriculture. Gillen felt that <br />the Commission should not consider the request because of the zoning. <br />Greger suggested that he should take pert tests and prove there is more <br />than one buildable site and ask for rezoning. Ehret summarized stating <br />that the only way he could do it would be with a 20 acre parcel on a <br />separate deed. The majority of the property in question is in the <br />Conservancy district. <br />
