Dabe is requesting to split a 40 acre parcel into 2 - 10 acre parcels and one <br />20 acre parcel. The land is zoned Conservancy, and the 2 - 10 acre parcels would <br />have to be rezoned to the A Ticultune zone. The neighbors *W adjoining the property <br />were notified, but no one was present to make comments. (E: "'T ARRIVED AT 8:05 PI1). <br />HowardK_uusisto had submitted a plan as to how the road is tolaid out. Kuusisto <br />suggested a T turn around, and Gillen felt that a cul-de-sac would be more appropriate <br />to enable emergency vehicles to more easily turn around, if need be. Dabe stated <br />that the road would have a 24' top with 2' shoulders. Gillen suggested that the Planning Commission <br />consider why land is zoned Conservan.cy (wetland, vegetation surrounding wetlands, and <br />wildlife) in determining; rezoning. _;hret's opinion was that each parcel of land should <br />be looked at individually. It was his understanding that in terms of large arcdccca, <br />requirements, there was considerable difficulty in finding a buildinJ site. I.1r.
