r <br />a1,,U'tl1 i'Utl I:i10 <br />E <br />The issuance of the Special Use Permit to Norman C. Morton, Sr., <br />is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All existing fences surrounding the premises shall be <br />maintained in the present or improved condition. <br />2. The double row of trees along the West property line <br />shall be maintained, and any trees that might die, shall <br />be replaced no later than May 1 of the year following a <br />determination of the death of any of said trees. <br />3. A parkin-; area of at least twenty -four -hundred (24'0) <br />square feet shall be paved with bituminous material, <br />and a driveway leading from said parking lot to the <br />driven portion of Highway #61 shall be paved with bi- <br />tuminous material within ninety (90) days after the <br />date of this Special Use Permit. <br />4. The driveway shall be maintained clear at all times so <br />that customers are not prevented from reaching the parking <br />area, an no auto dismantling may be conducted within <br />fifty (50) feet of any building or within fifty (50) <br />feet of the parking area. <br />5. No tires are to be piled along the southerly property line. <br />6. The owner shall submit a plan indicating fire lanes and <br />the layout of the auto dismantling yard and the areas <br />where automobiles are stored to the City of Hugo, within <br />twenty (20) days after the date of this Special Ilse Permit. <br />In the event the existing conditions do not comply with <br />the plan layout as submitted, the owner shall cause the <br />automobiles and other materials within the auto dismantling <br />yard to be rearranged to comply with said plan with ninety <br />(90) days after the date of this Special Use Permit. It <br />is understood that in the preparation of said plan, the <br />owner shall provide fire lanes between stored automobiles, <br />and between the stored automobiles and the boundaries of <br />the property, said fire lanes so arranged to be a minimum <br />of then (10) feet in width at ground level and to the <br />height of stacked automobiles; and no more than two rows of <br />stored automobiles shall be stacked between fire lances. <br />A spacing of at least ten (10) feet shall be maintained <br />of any automobiles, parts, or materials, from any build- <br />ing, or a spacing in excess of ten (10) feet that may be <br />necessary to provide adequate fire protection. <br />
