City Council meeting of March 7, 1994 <br />Page 5 <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to accept the City Administrator's <br />report and recommendation, directing him to actively pursue implementation <br />of the "Pedestrian Only" policy for the 121st Bald Eagle Lake access. The <br />proper signs indicating this change should be installed as soon as <br />possible. <br />Barnes made motion, Brunotte seconded, amending the previous motion that <br />the ramp not be closed at this time until after a public hearing is held. <br />VOTE ON AMENDMENT: All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VOTE ON ORIGINAL MOTION: All aye. Motion Carried. <br />STOLTZMAN AGREEMENT <br />On February 22, 1994, the City Council proposed an agreement to the <br />Stolt mans as a means of settling a complaint alleging zoning violations <br />on the property, and directed the City Attorney to provide a copy of the <br />Agreement to Stolt man's attorney. The Council requested that the <br />Stolt mans respond to the proposed settlement within 10 days. <br />LerouX made motion, Barnes seconded, to amend the Agreement regarding the <br />hiring of employees - should include one employee Outside of immediate <br />family, in addition to those members of Mr. Stolt man's immediate family, <br />who may be employed on the site. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Lerou:;, Miron <br />VOTING NAY: Brunotte <br />Motion Carried. <br />LE?rOUX made motion, Barnes seconded, that the City coordinate efforts for <br />the removal of two 55 -gallon drums of paint from the Walter W. and Laura <br />Stolt man property. <br />A1.1 aye.
