Mary Ann Creager <br />Leroux made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the minutes for the <br />City Council meeting of May 2, 1994, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the minutes for the City <br />Council meeting of May 16, 1994, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Leroux made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the claims for June 6, <br />1994, in the amount of $24,791.99. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ON -SALE BEER LICENSE BOBBER ' S BOATS AND BAIT) <br />Mr. Robert McElmury, doing business as Bobber's Boats and Bait. 4444 129th <br />Street, has requested renewal of his 3.2 beer license. Proof of the <br />required insurance has been provided. Staff recommends approval of the <br />license. Mr. Elmury has also requested issuance of a cigarette license <br />for his business at the above address. Staff recommends approval of the <br />license. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the On -Sale 3.2 beer <br />license for Robert McElmury DBA Bobber's Boats and Bait, 4444 129th Street <br />North, Hugo, MN. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the cigarette license for <br />Bobber's Boats and Bait, 4444 129th Street North, Hugo, MN. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VARIANCE REQUEST (EBERT) <br />Mr. Joel Ebert, 14770 Geneva Avenue, requested a variance to construct a <br />garage 4' closer to Geneva Avenue than his residence. His property is <br />bounded on three sides by City streets. The Board of Adjustments <br />considered his request on May 25, 1994, and recommended approval of the <br />variance. <br />Leroux made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the variance request of <br />Joel Ebert, 14770 Geneva Avenue, to construct a garage 4' closer to Geneva <br />Avenue than the principal residence. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
