MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 25, 1994 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Walter Stoltzman at 7:30 PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />Pete Willenbring, OSM <br />Dave Schumann, Planning Commission <br />The special meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the Council's <br />storm drainage and surface water concerns with Pete Willenbring of OSM, <br />who is preparing the City's Surface Water Management Plan. <br />Mr. Willenbring questioned the Council on specific areas of drainage, <br />water quality, and other water -related concerns based on the State of <br />Minnesota's requirements for the plan, as well as specific concerns in <br />Hugo. <br />The Council also discussed a proposed joint study of Clearwater Creek with <br />the City of Lino Lakes. It was the general consensus of the Council to <br />proceed with the study, but concerns were raised regarding how the cost <br />for the project would be shared between the two communities. The City <br />Administrator was directed to work out the details with Lino Lakes, and <br />report to the Council at their next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to adjourn at 9:25 PM. <br />A 1 aye.
