Hugo Planning Commission March 22, 1878 Page 2of2 Mr. Axelson has requested to rezone 40 acres from Conservancy zoning to Agriculture. Mr. Axelson was instructed to run perc tests on the land proving that there is, in fact, four buildable sites on the 40 acres. Mr. Axelson will submit a new applica— tion when this information is provided. Salvage Yard Screening; Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to add the new screening plan for the salvage yards to the agenda, as requested by the City Council. All aye. Motion Carried. Ms. Kuusisto presented a comment saying he had no problem with the basic format of the new plan, but will submit a complete study for the next City Council meeting. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to recommend acceptance of the revised plan proposed by the Department of Transportation for screening of the two salvage yards. Vern Peloquin — Minor Subdivision Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Woeltge, to add Vern Peloquin to the agenda. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Gillen, to approve the Minor Subdivison of Vern Peloquin as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. The Planning Commission then reviewed the proposed drafts for the Special Use Permit and Variance check lists. Mr. Koehler will make the suggested changes. McAllister informed the Planning Commission that Police Chief Barth will run a demon— stration at the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association on Saturday, March 25th, at 10:30 AM. All city officials are welcomed. Written permission from the club is forthcoming. Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Woelthge, to adjourn at 10:55 PM. All aye. Motion Carried. 4 ze.
