Hugo Planning Commission <br />March 22, 1878 <br />Page 2of2 <br />Mr. Axelson has requested to rezone 40 acres from Conservancy zoning to Agriculture. <br />Mr. Axelson was instructed to run perc tests on the land proving that there is, in <br />fact, four buildable sites on the 40 acres. Mr. Axelson will submit a new applica— <br />tion when this information is provided. <br />Salvage Yard Screening; <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to add the new screening plan for <br />the salvage yards to the agenda, as requested by the City Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Ms. Kuusisto presented a comment saying he had no problem with the basic format of <br />the new plan, but will submit a complete study for the next City Council meeting. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to recommend acceptance of the revised <br />plan proposed by the Department of Transportation for screening of the two salvage <br />yards. <br />V�O�TING FOR: Pelo <br />q <br />u <br />i <br />n,Peltier, Greger, .Qi#en; McAllister, and Woeltge <br />y <br />Motion Carried. <br />Vern Peloquin — Minor Subdivision <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Woeltge, to add Vern Peloquin to the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Gillen, to approve the Minor Subdivison <br />of Vern Peloquin as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The Planning Commission then reviewed the proposed drafts for the Special Use Permit <br />and Variance check lists. Mr. Koehler will make the suggested changes. <br />McAllister informed the Planning Commission that Police Chief Barth will run a demon— <br />stration at the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association on Saturday, March 25th, at 10:30 AM. <br />All city officials are welcomed. Written permission from the club is forthcoming. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Woelthge, to adjourn at 10:55 PM. <br />All aye.
