Hugo Planning Commission <br />December 12, 1979 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Chairwoman <br />Peltier at 8:33 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peloquin, Hanson, Greger, Houle, Larch, McAllister and Peltier <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Hanson, to approve the minutes of November 28, <br />1979, after the following changes have been made: <br />Page 1 (Ernest Hengel) - The road frontage for the two parcels is as follows: <br />396 feet on the west parcel and 256.75 feet on the east <br />parcel. <br />Mr. Hengel's proposed division lies 30' east of the garage <br />including the grove of trees. <br />Chapter 290-9, Subd F1 and G1 was reviewed to make these <br />decisions. <br />Motion - Refund $15.00 fee for the Variance because it was not <br />required. <br />Page 2 (Ernest Hengel) - (last motion on page) the 300' required at the building <br />setback line, as per Certificate of Survey submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SAFEWAY HOUSE MOVERS - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Larch, to recommend approval of the Amended <br />Special Use Permit for Safeway House Movers, to move in a 30 x 60 cold storage <br />building (Bldg. 15) as indicated on the Site Plan, excluding trailer which would <br />be Bldg. #6. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Houle, that any future Amended Special Use <br />Permits for Safeway House Movers be approved only after a complete Site Plan <br />showing future expansion of permanent buildings be shown. Site Plan to also include <br />future roads and fire lanes. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Hanson, Houle, Larch, McAllister and Peltier <br />VOTING AGAINST: Greger <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend the reappointment of <br />Bill Hanson and Jim Houle to the Planning Commission. <br />VOTING FOR: Hanson, Houle, Horch, McAllister, Greger and Peltier <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peloquin <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Larch, to adjourn at 9:16 PM. <br />All aye.
