Motion Carried <br />HENRY BURO7J — FARTI SITE PLAN <br />Mr. Burow owns 20 acres and would like to construct a 24 x 40 pole <br />barn. The land lies in the Agricultural zone. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Houle, to recommend the approval <br />of. the Farm Site Plan for Henry Burow, to construct a 24 x 40 pole <br />barn. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />let the minutes show that the proposed building should meet the <br />requirements of Chapter 320-5, Subd ii, '..'4. <br />VERN PELO`'UIN — SUBDIVISION <br />Peloquin presented the Commission with a copy of the sign—off sheet <br />for his subdivision in the Industrial. Park, and a copy of the final <br />plan. Peloquin stated that a copy of the drainage plan had been sub— <br />mitted to the City Engineer's office. Peloquin requested that the <br />abstract .requirements for the subdivision be waived, because there <br />would be nothing changed. <br />Houle made motion, seconded by 1cAllister, to recommend to waive the <br />abstract requirement because existing abstracts to the property owners <br />are current. <br />Houle withdrew his motion. <br />T,`cAllister asked if the Commission was aware of the mandate of the <br />City Council that all subdivisions install blacktop streets. fie <br />said. that blacktopping would not be feasible at this time because <br />city improvements are still forthcoming. McAllister stated that for <br />the record he asked the other members for any ideas or comprimises <br />on how the street improvement should be handled. Because there is <br />no time frame for a plan at present, the future should not be totally <br />ignored. <br />'IcAllister made motion, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval <br />of the Subdivision for Vern Peloquin at the Peloquin Industrial Park <br />subject to the following: That upon the sale of each undeveloped <br />lot in the proposed subdivision, the subdivider deposit with the <br />City of Hugo, a sum to be determined by the City Council, to cover <br />partial completion of the blacktop requirements at a stage of devel— <br />opment of the park after the proposed sewer and water extensions <br />are completed. The rest of the cost of blacktop streets would be <br />assessed directly to the property owners. The motion excludes all <br />
