Mr. Jensen, Suburban Engineering, submitted a site
plan of the proposed division of the land. The thought is to attempt to sell off
some parcel s that would not damage the ability of the kennel to function. The nese
proposed location would be set in a more favorable location in regard to adjoining
property owners. The 2.5 acre exception on the plan is tentatively going to be sold
to an adjoining property owner. The plan also included 3 five acre lots on the
southwest corner of the property. A rezoning would be required (AG to RRII). Five
acre lots are being requested because of the layout of the land. The land south is
presently zoned RRII. Lots A, B, C, D, E. and F meet the minimum acreage requirements
and have 300' frontage on a road.
