Mr. Jensen, Suburban Engineering, submitted a site
plan of the proposed division of the land. A rezoning would be required (AG to RRII). Five
acre lots are being requested because of the layout of the land. The land south is
presently zoned RRII. Lots A, B, C, D, E. and F meet the minimum acreage requirements
and have 300' frontage on a road. Mr. Benson will be required to fill out an
application for Amended Special Use Permit and Rezoning. Pere tests will be also be
required for the rezoning request.
Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Gillen, to place Benson Kennel on the agenda for
other than discussion purposes.
VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, Hanson and Houle
VOTING AGAINST: Pelti er:
MOTION CARRIED
Motion made by ;icAllister, seconded by Gillen, to schedule a public hearing for May 23,
1979, at 7:30 PM, to consider the request of Fred Benson for a rezoning.
VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, Hanson and Houle
VOTING AGAINST: Peltier
MOTION CARRIED
DARRELL TAVERNIER — BOAT RENTAL ON BALD EAGLE LAKE
Mr. Tavernier is requesting permission to construct a 26 x 40 garage for storage of
his boating equipment.
