Voting for: Spitzer, Rosenquist, Ehret, and Peltier. <br />All voted aye. <br />Used Car Lot - Dennis Burdick <br />Dennis Burdick appeared stating he wishes to operate a Motor <br />Vehicle Sales business at the property he owns at 14529 N. Forest <br />Boulevard, next tL. the post Office. He would both wholesale and retail <br />cars and trucks. The land is presently zoned Concentrated Business. <br />Planning Commission Secretary instructed to send letter to City <br />Attorney and give him street address of the property and ask his opinion <br />whether applicant needs Special Use 'Permit. <br />If Special Use Permit is necessary, applicant requested to bring <br />to next meeting, sketch of the property, location of building and dim- <br />ensions, proof of ownership, layout of building, letter from his attor- <br />ney regarding title to property. Secretary instructed to put him on <br />the agenda for May 12th meeting, if Special Use Permit is needed. <br />Minnesota Tower & Light Comreny - Proposed Power Line <br />Planning Commission Chairman suggests to the City Council that they <br />pass a resolution advising the Minnesota Power and Light Company that <br />Hugo is opposed to the routes they have designated through the City of <br />Hue*o and if at all possible, it should be re-routed alone existing high- <br />way or freeway right of way or close to existing right of way where <br />iglpact on residences would be minimal. <br />Land Use and Wildlife Seminar <br />Chairman Spitzer announced that there would be a tend Use and Wild- <br />life Seminar held at Coffee Hell at the St.Paul C?mpus of the University <br />of Minnesota, this Saturday, May lst from 9:10 to 4:10 P.M. There is a <br />$4.00 registration fee. <br />Tom Crever, Building Inspector, stated thpt someone has purchased <br />twenty acres from Robert McCloud and wishes to build a 680 sq. ft A - <br />frame summer residence on the property.
