MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF TFEP HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 12, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Peloquin <br />at 8;08P.M. Present were Peloquin, Ehret and Peltier. Absent were <br />Spitzer, Fosenquist and Johnson. <br />White Bear Rod & Gun Club <br />Jerry Perron, President of the White Sear Rod &Gun Club, applied <br />for a Special Use Permit to consider condition #2 of the present Special <br />Use Permit - clarification of actual planting_ of trees which was not <br />clarified in original permit. <br />Secretary instructed to obtain clarification from City Attorney <br />If public hearing can be held regarding Condition #`2 only. If so, the <br />Club desires a public hearing held; if not, the Gun Club will withdraw <br />application, Perron stated, Written reply requested from Attorney prior <br />to next meeting. <br />Vernon DeZiel - Land Division <br />Vernon DeZiel, 585 Heinel Drive, St. Paul, appeared with request <br />for land division of ^rscts C, D, and G on west side of Oneka Lake. <br />Present zoninP - la keshore conservancy. All three tracts meet minimum <br />of requirements and have at least 100 feet on an existing road. Cert- <br />icate of survey dated August 2, 1974. <br />Tabled until next meeting for lack of quorum. <br />Dean Johnson - Variance <br />Dean Johnson, 5839 147th Street North, appeared with application for <br />variance to build garage two feet from property line. Verbal permission <br />has been c -ranted from John Sadowski, adjacent property owner. Property <br />presently zoned Single Family Urban - tabled until next meeting for lack <br />of quorum. <br />William O'Mara - Minor Subdivision <br />William O'Mara, 18234 Elmcrest Avenue North, Forest Lake, applied <br />for minor subdivision for five acre tract he owns 14 miles east of Hiway <br />61 on 165th Street. Property has no road frontage; is serviced by an <br />easement only. <br />Property owner requested to ?ppear at next meeting with information <br />regarding stptus of the easement; to be obtained by the applicant from <br />Washington County Register of Deeds office. <br />Dennis Burdick - used car lot <br />Burdick appeared at April 28th meeting regarding need for special <br />permit to operate a used car lot on Forest Boulevard, just south of <br />the Hugo Post Office. Property is presently zoned Concentrated Business. <br />According to inform?t ion received from City Attorney Johnson, used car <br />
