Peloquin feels there are twenty acres that <br />be'ong in Conservancy and the rest is good high ground. pale said the <br />Soils Map shows a lar`;er Conservancy area than Peloquin :'escribed. <br />Richard I'.a].linger, the applicant's son, said the Industrial district <br />to the South is lower than the land that is zoned Conservancy. Mrs. <br />:alli:nger said she has two sons; if she dives then each twenty acres to <br />build on, she will have very _Little .left; is requestinV an AG zoning. <br />
