MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL HULLO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY -44. 1992 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Brunotte, Jesinski, Miron, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Ken Huber <br />ABSENT: Barnes <br />Mayor Stoltzman noted the purpose for the meeting. <br />Jesinski made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the agenda format for <br />the special meeting. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mayor Stoltzman then referenced Minnesota Statutes 13.43, Subd. 3, with <br />regard to the Data Practices Act, and the rights of the city administrator <br />candidates under said Act. In an effort to protect the rights of the city <br />administrator candidates, Mayor Stoltzman made the following motion: <br />Stoltzman made motion, Brunotte seconded, to enter into executive session <br />to discuss the names, credentials, qualifications, and background of the <br />various candidates. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mayor Stoltzman then read aloud the section of Minnesota Statutes 13.43, <br />Subd . ti . <br />City Administrator, Ken Huber, then left the room, along with Forest Lake <br />Times' reporter, Jody Sailor. It was noted that the executive session <br />would be taped, as required. <br />Jesinski made motion, Brunotte, to adjourn the executive meeting of the <br />City Council at approximately 9:20 PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Jesinski seconded, to resume the regular session of the <br />City Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />City Administrator Huber and Forest Lake Times' reporter-, Jody Sailor, <br />then returned to the Council chambers. <br />Miron made motion, to designate the five finalists for the city <br />administrator position, as follows: Robert Museus, Patricia Morrison, Bob <br />Larson, Joe Rudberg, and Charles Whiting, with interview dates being set. <br />for March 13-14, 1992. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />It was then noted that the time and place where the interviews will be <br />conducted is to be determined. <br />
