City Council meeting of June 1., 1992 <br />Paqe 6 <br />Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, directing the City Attorney, <br />Charles Johnson, to draft an Addendum for the Mining Permits held by Dear, <br />Atkinson and River City Asphalt, reflecting the change in haul roads. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />COMPLAINT REPORT <br />In response to a complaint by a concerned citizen, the City Council <br />directed the Ordinance Violations Committee to review a possible ordinance <br />Violation in the storage of junked vehicles at t4645 Fcrest Blvd. <br />Stolt man made motion, Miron seconded, to table this matter until the City <br />Council meeting of June 1.5, 1992. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Washington County will hold a public hearing on June 25, 1992, at 6:30 PM, <br />to discuss their relinquishing ownership of County Road 54 to the City of <br />Hugo. Administrator MUseUs will be in attendance at this meeting. <br />Administrator MUseUs reported on the Mining Permit issue, stating that the <br />request for expansion by River City Asphalt, and their existing permit, <br />should be handled as separate issue. Dean Atk:inson's permit will also be <br />expiring. <br />Barnes made motion, Brunotte seconded, to schedule a public hearing for <br />June 15, 1992, to consider- the requests of Dean Atkinson and River City <br />Asphalt to renew their Mining Permits. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Attorney Johnson reported that progress is continuing on obtaininq a <=>ite <br />selection for the proposed water tower. <br />Miron made motion, Stolt man seconded, to adjourn at 10:420 PM. <br />All aye.
