Members for:
Peloquin, Peltier, Spitzer, Ehret, and Johnson. Motion carried.
A discussion was held on cancelling the second meeting of each
month for the next few months as the work load has been so
small. The open meeting law states that meeting cancellations
have to be posted seven days prior to the meeting date so it
was decided to cancell these meetings at the first meeting of
each month.
DONALD WENZEL - REVERSE SUBDIVISION
Mr. Schwab stated he couldn' t find any ordinance or state law
to cover reverse subdiitisions and suggested that the applicant
be advised to request a refund for his application fee.and go
to the County office and have the lots combined by changing the
legal descriptions. Mr. Wenzel stated that he has already had
this done.
Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Ehret, that this request,
as presented , is superfluous and unnecessary and the clerks
office be instructed to refund the fee and no further action
be taken.
