There are lots that are not ten <br /> acres but there are also lots that exceed ten acres . A requirement <br /> would have to be made, that these lots cannot be further sub-divided <br /> until suck time, the zoning law changes. <br /> Ms.Shimota : What are the natural resources wit are talking about? <br /> Spitzer: Surface water and water table. <br />
