The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />8. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the first building, the applicant <br />must comply with the following conditions: <br />a. The landscape buffer around the perimeter of the site shall be fully installed. <br />b.
