The stormwater management plan for Victor Gardens North Village Addition was designed to <br />manage the majority of the stormwater from this site. The plans include minor modifications to the <br />pond in the northwest corner of the property to serve the remainder of the plat. We are currently <br />working with the applicant on some final adjustments to the plan, after which the stormwater <br />permit will be issued. <br />2. There are four (4) wetlands within the site that were identified, two of which were deemed <br />incidental. The two incidental wetlands received a No -Loss determination. The Notice of Decision <br />application numbers are #15.19 3288-01 and 3288-02 dated April 20, 2016, and the approval was on <br />May 17, 2016. <br />Grading, Drainage. Utility, and Street Plans <br />1. We are currently working with the applicant regarding the final grading, drainage, utility, and street <br />plans and specifications. Our comments at this point consist of "red -line" comments that we sent <br />directly to the developer, and once resolved we will provide plan approval. <br />2. Several development fees will apply to this development, and they will be outlined within Exhibit C <br />of the Development Agreement. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
