<br />PART IV.E. AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES THAT MINIMIZE EROSION AS NECESSARY TO COMPLY
<br />WTH THIS PERMIT AND PROTECT WATERS OF THE STATE. THE LOCATION CF AREAS NOT TO BE
<br />DISTURBED MUST BE DEUNEATED (E.G., NIH RAGS STAKES SIGNS, SILT FENCE ETC.) ON THE PROJECT
<br />SITE BEFORE WORK BEGINS. THE PERMITTEE(5) MUST MINIMIZE THE NEED FOR DISTURBANCE OF PORTIONS
<br />OF THE PROJECT THAT HAVE STEEP SLOPES FOR THOSE SLOPED MEAS WHICH MUST BE DISTURBED,
