The property shall be permanently managed and maintained consistent with <br />the purpose and type of property acquired using appropriate management and <br />protection practices to protect the natural and/or scenic resources. <br />2. The City of Hugo shall not at any time convert any portion of the natural <br />and/or scenic area to uses other than permitted in the Department of Natural <br />Resources Project Agreement NS02-005 without the prior written approval of <br />the State of Minnesota. <br />
