ANALISIS OF REVIEW: <br />Although, formal approval of renewal of the CUP has not been completed since 2001, the <br />applicant has been conducting the same operation on the property. The intensity of the use over <br />the last several years has declined. <br />On June 15, 2016, staff inspected the property and found it to be in compliance with the <br />approved CUP conditions. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />It's in staff's opinion that the applicant meets the conditions listed in the CUP. <br />Staff recommends approval of the renewal of the CUP for Thommes and Thomas Land Clearing. <br />Attachments <br />1.
