RESOLUTION 2016 - <br />APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GARY MICHALSKI FOR `BALD <br />EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 6TH ADDITION" LOCATED NORTH OF 130Th <br />STREET AND EAST OF FENWAY BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Gary Michalski has requested approval of a preliminary plat to split a 9.42 <br />acre parcel into two 4.71 acre parcels to be known as `Bald Eagle Industrial Park 61' <br />Addition" located north of 130'1' Street and east of Fenway Boulevard and is legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Blockl, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 4" Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said preliminary plat and <br />recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />preliminary plat to Gary Michalski for "Bald Eagle Industrial Park 6a' Addition" subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of 2 lots, in accordance with <br />the pians received by the City on May 16, 2016 except as amended by this <br />resolution. <br />2. The properties are subject to the General Industrial (1-3) district standards. No <br />variances are granted or implied. <br />3. Any development shall comply Aith the comments in the Engineer's memo dated <br />June 15, 2016. <br />4. Park dedication is not required for industrial development. <br />Prior to issuance of a building permits: <br />5. A site plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. <br />6. All development fees shall be paid. <br />7. The applicant shall pay the City's Stormwater trunk fee for each lot. <br />8. The applicant shall pay the City's sewer and water trunk fees and SAC and WAC <br />fees for each lot. <br />
