• No person shall operate a motorized vehicle except on designated park roads <br />and in parking lots. <br />• No person shall use tobacco products in an active park. <br />• Park shelters shall be available to all people on a "first come, first served basis" <br />except when a special use permit has been issued. <br />• All fires are prohibited except for recreational fires in fire rings and grills provided <br />specifically for that purpose. <br />Brittany McFadden, Program Director for Tobacco Free Youth Recreation presented on <br />tobacco free park policies and their benefits to the community. <br />After the presentations there was discussion. Voting roll call was then taken to gather <br />input on the aspects of a potential regulation. <br />1.
