Classes could be advertised differently and <br />may have increased participation. <br />Tour de Hugo Family Bike Ride <br />The Tour de Hugo Family Bike Ride was held on September 17 and had over 50 <br />participants and ran smoothly. One participant from the Health Up and GO Wellness <br />Challenge choose to join the bike ride. <br />4. FEEDBACK ABOUT THE 2011 WELLNESS CHALLENGE <br />In a survey distributed at the Health Up and GO concluding celebration, six out of eight <br />people surveyed responded that they felt that their overall health had improved during the <br />Wellness Challenge. The surveys showed that the participants felt that the kickoff event, <br />health screenings, monthly speakers, and the walking club were the most helpful <br />activities with the Wellness Challenge. <br />5. CONCLUSION <br />Staff is asking for direction from the Parks Commission on holding the Health Up and <br />GO Wellness Challenge in 2012 and what activities to continue. <br />6.
