It is pretty nice to have an open space where we, I can ride
without having to worry about cars, trucks... Spooking the Horse out from under me.
Used to be around where I live at 7475 132nd. St. North b/4 the roads were all paved.
So, in the planning and execution of future parks. Please remember to include the Hugo
Equestrian Residents...
The Irish pit is very long on weeds.
The trails would not have to be the same as the walkers, hikers, but a little horse ish is
mostly grass and it could help to improve the soils.
If someone like the U Of M wants to use it for a cross country, meet or training, they
could arrange for a tractor to pull a drag b/4 hand.
Actually the nice folks who mow the trails, mower would probably clear most of it off
while mowing..
Also, in the big meadow they might consider a horse ring area and maybe sponsor a few
fun horse shows for the Hugo Neighbors now and again. Maybe even get a little rental
