Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />November 14, 2012 <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Joan Benner, Rachel Berger, Kris Birch, Chris Boland, Mat Rauschendorter, <br />Dave Strub, Jim Taylor <br />Absent: Roger Clarke, Tom Windisch <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Parks Secretary <br />Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from September Meeting <br />Berger made a motion, Strub seconded to approve the minutes of the October 10, 2012 Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />Trail Plan Review <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner gave a presentation on the current trail projects and requested <br />additional needed trails connections be identified for future Commission discussion. <br />Active trail development projects include the Prarie Village development (north of Oneka <br />Elementary School, the Hardwood Creek Regional Trial, 1401h Street and 147th Street. <br />Parks Commission discussion included possible future trails along Elmcrest Avenue, County <br />Road 7, along 1301h, and a connection between 127th to Goodview. <br />
