Commission could choose to use the planning consultant appointed by the City Council, <br />Landform. Landform has assisted in the majority of the planning projects in Hugo and <br />has a history of working with residents, elected officials and staff with the city's park <br />projects. <br />Stakeholders including the Lions Club and residents were essential in putting together the <br />development guidelines and could be involved in any of the above settings. <br />5. CONCLUSION: <br />Staff recommends that the Parks Commission: <br />1. Consult with an architect (such as Landform) to prepare a feasibility study. <br />2. Create a sub -committee with stakeholders and users to determine the scope of <br />improvements in step 1.
