Just north of 159th Street, the trail <br />transitions from an open rural to rurallsuburban residential character. At 159th Street, an at -grade crossing is encountered <br />There is also an at -grade crossing of a low use driveway around 156th Street. <br />DEVELOPMENT ISSUES, CONSTRAINTS AND ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES <br />There are no significant development issues related to the trail itself along this segment. The City of Hugo's trail system plan <br />includes a local trail connection at 159th Street, which is appropriate and desirable. <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PRIVATE PROPERTY FACTORS <br />Since the trail already exists, there are no right-of-way issues of significance along this segment.
