GOOD NEIGHBOR HARVEST FEST After the ride, the fun continues at Lions Park at the first annual Good Neighbor Harvest Fest with activities for all ages! FREE T-SHIRT AND LUNCH All riders receive a T-shirt. The first 100 registrations receive a bike bag filled with items from the sponsors. Lunch, snacks, and water are provided. Be sure to "Brake for Cake' along the 3 long rides. KING OF THE MOUNTAIN As the honorary 2013 King of the Mountain, Hugo Fire Chief Kevin Colvard will be the host of this year's Tour de Hugo.
