Parents should realize
that young children can be at risk in
an off leash area. Young
children should never be
unattended and should
never have food or bever-
ages. Dogs can get very ex-
cited in the park and an
accident can happen in a
brief moment. Parents
should advise their children
of proper behavior around
dogs and realize dogs can
become agitated with
running and screaming
children. Dog owners are
legally responsible for
the behavior of their
dogs and any injuries that
may occur.
_ r d bring children
to the playground instead.
