Kidcreate Art Camps <br />Kidcreate Art Studio has come to <br />Hugo! They will be offering art camps <br />to keep kids busy during the winter <br />break! Programs will be held at the <br />gathering room at Harrill Fields <br />Athletic Park (7032137th Street). <br />Kidcreate Studio's energized classes <br />focus on art principles and introduce <br />students to many different kinds of <br />art media. <br />Candy Craft Party <br />(ages 4-9 years) <br />December 26 9:3oam-11:3oam <br />Cost: $27 <br />The holidays are a magical and candy <br />filled time! Join us as we cre-ate art <br />out of candy. Our art materials will be <br />Movie Nights <br />Save the date for the 2013 Movie <br />Nights in the Gymnasium at Oneka <br />Elementary School (4888 Heritage <br />Parkway North). Please look for <br />future advertisements for the movie <br />titles. You do not need to be a part of <br />the White Bear Lake School District to <br />participate in this free event. Bring <br />your friends, family and a blanket to <br />Tot Time, <br />The City of Hugo has partner <br />White Bear Lake Area Schools to <br />make the gymnasium at Oneka <br />Elementary available for resident use. <br />The programs run from November 1 <br />to March 17. There are skip days. <br />The cost is $2 per child or a maximum <br />Of $5 per family fee with photo identi- <br />fication. Please bring small bills or <br />exact change. Punch cards are avail- <br />able for $2o. <br />Winter Recreation Programs and Events <br />frosting, gumdrops, marshmallows, <br />and other candy treats. We will create <br />a winter wonderland made out of all <br />things edible. <br />Fancy Nancy Art Camp <br />(ages 3-6 years) <br />December 27- 281o:ooam-12:oopm <br />Cost: $45 <br />Come and get fancy with us! We'll <br />read all of the "Fancy Nan-cy" books <br />by Jane O'Connor along with other <br />books such as Pinkalicious, and Lady- <br />bug Girl. These great books will in- <br />spire our art projects. Well paint, <br />draw and sculpt, as we create glittery, <br />girly masterpieces that Nancy and her <br />friends would love! <br />in the Gym <br />sit for the following movie nights. <br />Doors will open at 6:3opm and the <br />movie will start at 7:oopm. Popcorn <br />and snacks are provided. We'll work as a team <br />to paint a huge mural complete with <br />stars, planets and far, far away galax- <br />ies. We'll build star fighters out of <br />Legos, stage an intergalactic battle <br />and make a Lego Darth Vader bobble <br />head.
