The City of Hugo is excited to be <br />able to provide athletic and recreational opportunities at the new athletic park. In planning the <br />operation of the athletic park, emphasis has been placed on ensuring that youth from Hugo will benefit <br />as it opens in the spring of 2010 and long-term. <br />A lot of interest has been expressed in using the fields for tournaments. The City of Hugo would like <br />to encourage tournament use and proactively plan for it.
