Please report any errors, omissions and/or discrepancies promptly for <br />correction. <br />Attendance: <br />• Shayla Syverson — Parks Planner, City of Hugo <br />• Scott Anderson — Public Works Director, City of Hugo <br />• Tom Windisch — Hugo Parks, Recreation and Open Space Commission Chair <br />• David Strub — Parks Recreation and Open Space Commission <br />• Becky Petryk — Hugo City Council <br />• Denny Route — Lions Club <br />• Michael Gallivan — Lions Club and Economic Development Authority <br />• Candace Amberg — Project Manager, WSB <br />• Jeff Deitner — Landscape Architect, WSB <br />Existing Park Conditions: <br />1. Good Neighbor Days: <br />a. Approx. +/-10,000 visitors — annual event that runs Thursday thru Sunday. <br />b. Carnival requires the north half of the park for the Midway and trailers with the <br />south-eastern and north-western areas used for the parking, the band area on the <br />tennis courts, a fenced in beer garden, and a petting zoo. <br />c. Parking also along side streets and sometimes park at the bank and shuttle over. <br />d. Plans to have parade come in from Waters Edge and finish at the park. <br />2. Playground: <br />a.
