Here are some <br />highlighted sections which this letter will address in each section below. <br />1) Recreational and social activities for the entire community <br />2) Accommodates diverse populations <br />3) Accommodates the desire for diverse recreational activities <br />4) Preservation and inclusion of open spaces and natural areas <br />5) Community input is crucial <br />6) Park Planning and development is sensitive to safety and property value issues <br />Mission Statement <br />The City of Hugo parks Commission has developed a Strategic Plan that will provide Immediate and long-term strategic guidance and direction for the <br />development of parks for the citizens and City of Hugo.
